Glenfiddich, the worlds most awarded Single Malt Scotch Whisky, required a stronger and higher profile in the Travel Retail sector. The leading idea, based on a single fact that every stag marks its territory naturally with a single tear was linked to the crafted perfection of a single drop of Glenfiddich to create a new identity linking the elements of nature with the creation of Glenfiddich. The glass stag symbol, created to symbolise the pure spring water from the Robbie Dhu spring was also created in crystal, the first time the logo had been created in 3D. The new Crystal Stag Gondola delivered the story featuring the clear stags head, the European Oak used to mature the Glenfiddich, the copper used to make the stills and a drop shaped whisky flow surrounding the product. The gondola, originally placed for 3 months is still to be found in the Heathrow terminal today.
